We will gladly listen to your concern and address it thoroughly with great care and our professional judgment. The length of time is at your discretion, if you have any question. Ask your therapist for recommendation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you and ONLY you. Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. In order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule Massage Therapy appointments. If less than 24 hours is not given, the client will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. Should an appointment be missed entirely without any notice, the full appointment fee will apply. 

LATE POLICY 

We will do our best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise and show up for appointment on time. In the event that you are unable to arrive on time, you will be treated on the remaining of time and billed for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. We will try to accommodate the full length of appointment if time allows.
